
OBJECTIVE
A large global publishing company asked Points Group to help it define its global Social Media Strategy.
STRATEGY & EXECUTION
Points Group developed a comprehensive strategy for the use of Social Media in Marketing, Customer Relationship Management and Customer Support. In addition to its global strategy, Points also developed processes for the integration of the business units and large number of sub-brands.
RESULTS
After the completion of the project, the company started with the implementation of the strategy and is currently in the process of integrating it with its Customer Relationship Management (CRM) processes. Points Group is assisting the company in its implementation.
