OBJECTIVE
A small, exclusive medical practice of world renowned surgeons wanted to spread the word about their innovative procedures, ultimately in order to develop a greater patient base.

STRATEGY & EXECUTION
Points Group immersed itself into the practice to become well versed in its area of expertise, and created a framework of both popular and professional media outlets and contacts. Points’ took a multi-faceted approach–from developing the practice website with significant and continual content creation and use of SEO and SEM, to a complete Press Kit, and media training and messaging to supplement the interviews booked for the physicians.

RESULTS
In one PR campaign alone for a rare procedure, a large number of viable leads were generated within a mere week by a Points Group media campaign. In addition, exposure from both professional and mainstream media resulted in a significant increase in website traffic and new patient inquiries.
