Chris Hofstetter is the “engine” of the company, making sure that the Points Group keeps moving. She heads Administration, which involves all aspects of the company. Chris has vast experience in managing small to mid-size business’ administration. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature from Wake Forest University and a degree in Biology from the University of Berlin, Germany. She is fluent in German.
