Client Services Manager
Hailing from the seven seas as a sailing enthusiast, Danielle is a Client Services Manager for Points Group. Danielle manages and coordinates all manner of projects with a deft touch and strong dedication to client success. She also facilitates the customer service Audits and training for Points clientele. These quality traits stem from her time in the fitness and customer service industries. She received her bachelors degree in economics and history from the Green Mountain State's The University of Vermont. In her spare time, Danielle enjoys becoming an expert in all things mac and cheese, reading and photography as well as melting over giraffes.
